Geometric Series Online Calculator

An Online calculator to calculate the sum of the terms in a geometric sequence is presented.
If \( A_1, A_2, ... , A_n, ... \) is a geometric sequence with common ratio \( r \), this calculator calculates the sum Sn given by
\[ S_n = A_1 + A_2 + ... + A_n = a_1 \dfrac{1-r^n}{1-r} \]
and the nth term is given by \[ a_n = a_1 r^{n - 1} \]
