Question:
When polynomial \( P(x) \) is divided by \( x + 1 \), the remainder is equal to \( 4 \) and when \( P(x) \) is divided by \( x - 2 \) it gives a remainder equal to \( 4 \). Polynomial \( p(x) \) has degree \( 3 \) and has \( x - 1 \) as a factor. The leading coefficient of \( P(x) \) is equal to \( 1 \). Find \( P(x) \)
